Health Guarantee for Your Maltipoo Puppy
We take pride in offering healthy Maltipoo puppies bred with the highest standards of care. All puppies purchased through us come with a minimum 30-day health guarantee provided by the breeder.
Veterinary Examination
Within ten days of bringing your new Maltipoo puppy home, you must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If your veterinarian determines, within these ten days, that your puppy is clinically ill or has passed away due to an illness or injury likely contracted on or before the purchase date, you may choose one of the following remedies:

Return your puppy for a full refund.

Exchange your puppy for another Maltipoo puppy of equal value.

Keep your puppy and receive reimbursement for veterinary expenses, not exceeding the original purchase price.
These remedies do not apply if the breeder provided a veterinarian-issued health certificate that disclosed the illness or condition at the time of sale.
Congenital and Hereditary Conditions
If within 30 days of purchase, your veterinarian identifies a congenital or hereditary defect that negatively affects your puppy’s health, or your puppy passes away due to such a condition, the same remedies listed above are available.
Notification Requirements
You must notify the breeder with your veterinarian’s name, address, and phone number within two business days of the veterinary diagnosis. Failing to provide timely notification may result in the loss of your rights under this guarantee.
Understanding State Laws
Health guarantee laws vary by state. It is your responsibility to understand the relevant laws in your state. If your state’s laws provide greater protection than our standard 30-day guarantee, your state’s law will take precedence.
Extended Genetic Health Guarantees (If Offered)
Some breeders provide extended health guarantees specifically for genetic conditions:

Covers illnesses proven to have genetic origins, confirmed by appropriate veterinary tests and documentation.

General veterinary care expenses, routine visits, or regular puppy care costs are not covered under this guarantee.

Breeder requires proper documentation before providing compensation.

Injuries or illnesses caused by owner negligence or accidental incidents are not covered under this guarantee.
