At All Maltipoo, we make it easy and safe for you to receive your new Maltipoo puppy no matter where you live in the United States. We offer two secure and reliable shipping methods to ensure a smooth and stress-free delivery process.
How is a Puppy Shipped?
1. Airline Shipping
We offer counter-to-counter air transport to major airports nationwide. Your puppy travels in a temperature-controlled, pressurized compartment and is handled with care throughout the journey.

2. Specialized Ground Transport
Prefer a door-to-door option? We partner with professional Pet Transport services that drive puppies directly to your home. This method ensures a stress-free ride with close supervision.
Cost: Varies based on distance and location (typically higher than air shipping)
Is Shipping Safe for My Puppy?
Absolutely. Puppies are handled by trained professionals during transit. Airlines have strict regulations to ensure pet safety. We pack food, feeding instructions, and frozen water that thaws over time for hydration. Each crate is padded with shredded newspaper and includes a familiar-scented toy or item to reduce anxiety.
We also closely track every flight, including layovers or delays, and keep you informed at all times. Most flights are completed within 4 to 7 hours, and puppies are delivered within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping During Winter or Summer
Shipping is safe year-round. Airlines maintain a cabin temperature of 70°F. Puppies can fly safely between 20°F and 85°F. During extreme weather, we work with the airline to ship early or late in the day to avoid unsafe temperature windows. Some pet shippers use electronic crates that self-regulate internal temperature for additional safety.
Can I Pick Up My Puppy Instead of Shipping?
Yes! You’re welcome to travel and pick up your puppy in person. Many airlines allow puppies in-cabin with no extra fee beyond your flight cost. Some carriers may charge a pet travel fee. Be sure to confirm details with your airline.
After Pickup – Vet Visit and Vaccines
Please do not vaccinate your puppy within the first 14 days of arrival. Your puppy is fully up to date on vaccinations and does not require additional shots immediately.
However, a vet check-up within 48 hours of receiving your puppy is required. If any health issue is discovered at this visit, we will either replace your puppy or issue a full refund if no puppies are available at that time.
Vet Recommendations
We recommend using local, privately owned veterinary clinics with strong reputations. Avoid corporate chains like Banfield (PetSmart) and VCA Hospitals, as misuse of medication and excessive billing have been reported. Use of these clinics may void your health warranty.
